Yay for rain, we love rain, more rain!
Because, you know–California stopped needing more a while ago.
Naturally today was the day for all the last minute errands. Funny how in Pennsylvania, I’d be grumbling about having to get stuff done in the rain. But today–I was glad my schedule required me to be out in it. Would have really sucked if I’d been stuck in my office the whole time it rained. (said office having a great similarity to a cave–no windows on the outside world. Just places for people to look in and see if I’m there to harass, *sigh*)
It only took three times past to find the office of the realty company managing my apartment now. *sigh* again. I’ve been dragged into the battle between my two downstairs neighbors, apparently. They don’t want it to look like it’s just between them–so one or both are complaining about everyone else in the complex. Yes, I have let my dog out without a leash. Been doing it for nearly five years in this location and no one has ever complained. We do clean up after him. But now either I or Hope has to be down there holding his leash at six in the morning, because people like to be nasty. They wouldn’t have bothered pulling that with someone who actually knows the situation. He’s just a wee mutt, so cowardly the cats and bird bully him…
Ah well. Wednesday write night, best get to it. Yay!
