It’s Saturday. I got some housework done, got some cooking done, Hope is happy and occupied and I am trying to write. But is anything coming out?
No. Instead I’ve been wandering all over the place, looking at all sorts of interesting crap. Did you think I was kidding when I said the linkblogs are “what interesting corner of the Internet I’m using to distract myself from writing?” (think that’s what I said.)
I was not kidding. Sometimes I truly wonder if I’m not at least as ADD as Hope. Because…damn! I can and have (today!!) spent hours, just surfin’ round the web, accomplishing absolutely nothing, probably learning a bit but dang it, the goal right now is to get done and get published with what I’ve got…
And am I the only one who’s noticed that my readership is dropping off? Obviously not, there’s a reason people are giving up on me. Because they can find all this interesting stuff for themselves. I’m not really much use as a tour guide.
Well, anyway, there ya go–a personal blog. Now where the heck did they put my category boxes when they rearranged the work-side of my blog?
