Damn, I wish I could find my picture of him singing Billy Joel songs during rehearsal breaks for the Jury Room, waaaayyyy back when. Or his Stevie Nicks impersonations… Though he probably wouldn’t be embarrassed, he was and still is adorable. 😀
It amuses me that we became friends. It was inevitable that we knew each other, everything I was in, so was he, nearly.  Drama Club, The Wordsmyth…French Club? Can’t recall now… Yearbook. (I think!) Wow. So long ago, now. But the ones worth hanging on to–if I have one talent outside my writing, it’s hanging onto people worth keeping.
Well, not all of them, unfortunately. If I could remember Denise’s last name, and Kris–what an awesome writer she was/is! And others, it shames me I can’t even come up with names right now.
I can certainly see the lure of these “find your friend” sites. But I really don’t want to get into it. I only got a Myspace site to better email a friend who’s system hates my work email.
