That’s what BJ calls it, sitting and thinking and generally looking like you fell asleep with your eyes open. But it’s a great term for writers–drawn from “cogitation” which is, of course, thinking, and–well, knitting. Duh.
It’s the tying of everything together, into one incredible, seamless, wonderful book. And I hope I’m doing it well.
Whatever I’m doing, I’ve done 26,104 words on it, as of tonight. Whoohoo!!!
