Day 12: Handwriting Works

Five and a half handwritten pages. My brain was with me. Life is good.

Except, you know–supposed to be more than halfway through the second manuscript by now…

I will not give up! I will go down in very pretty flames, but I will not give up!

Charge! (right after I sleep.)

(Also, I had the fleeting thought today that I should just drop the manuscript down the well and rewrite the whole thing in my trusty notebook. Someone tell me what a bad idea that is.)

(Please…?)

Also also, the friend working on my car found the desperate remains of a very fried mouse or possibly packrat clinging to wires in my engine. Blech!

Let’s hope a decent burial lets him rest in peace, and my car run a wee bit better, shall we?

  1. Put down the notebook and back away from the well! The new book would be awesome, but it would be a different book. Finish this one. When you’re done with the DSED, you can write another Ben book if you want. *hug*

    Eep! at the mouse.
