Today was a day of much accomplishment. Unfortunately, none of it was writing related.
I took my computer to Best Buy again. The guy had no clue until I described the problem in detail (as I had for the first geek to help me) and then he was positive it was dust in the power supply. He took it away to vacuum it, and gave it back after ten minutes.
We’ll see.
After that, which took much less time than anticipated, I took Hope to Step It Up . She got her face painted, I learned some things, and we helped draw attention to an important issue.
Bly had loaned me her car because I wanted to look for a chair for my room, and I found one. $15 thrift store special, and it’s comfy. After that I kind of went on a spree. Bought some shelves, moved some stuff, ended up re-arranging my whole room.
Yay for pretty rooms!
