Got this review recently.
Hey! I love your fics! I’ve been reading through the series these past few dayz! While the first one was sorta iffy in the beginning, and seemed sorta OOC to me, it shaped up later! Good work! You kept me interested in it, which is pretty good. You have no idea how many fics I’ve ditched because they had no substance… Ya, well, good work! Oh, btw, I loved hte dream in this one; it was very tragic, and lik, ‘wow!’. Glad he finally fessed up to Youji! Keep it up!!!
You may understand, at first it made me growl. Translation of the part that annoyed–the beginning of my first fic she saw as improbable, and thought I was letting the characters be–well, out of character. When I feel probably my greatest strength as a writer is my ability to get inside the heads of my characters–yeah. *snarl*
Eventually I did come to realize it is a matter of perspective. We all see the characters differently, otherwise there would not be so many and varied pairings. But this reader was able to accept my view, and read everything I’ve posted. Which, at this point, is two novel-length stories, three multi-chapter works in progress, one (very, very proud of) multi-chapter songfic, and eight (wow, is it eight!?) PWPs or short stories.
In case you’re wondering, yes, I am still making rapid progress on the Eve re-write. I’ve been named prolific by my writer friends, and I claim the adjective with pride.
