This is disgraceful. What the hell is wrong with this species, when some of us drive $60,000 Hummers on our two-hour commutes (with no one else in that eight-person car!) to pay for it, while others are risking their own lives and the lives of their children because even living illegally in a foreign country is better than dying slowly at home?
Next time you’re standing in line to drop $2 on a fancy bottle of water, think about what that money would mean if you’d been born in West Africa.
