So I’m over 4,000 words into my NaNovel, and I figure out I’m in the wrong POV. I’m in Rafe, limited third, when I need Taro, either third or first (I’m thinking first. But is that just because I’ve never written him in third?)
Anyway. What do you think I did? Cry? Throw things? Give up on NaNo?
Well, yeah. But after that.
I took the advice of a fellow NaNoer and changed POV for no apparent (in the narrative) reason. I’ll fix it later–or I won’t. That’s the joy of NaNo, it can be just as insane as I like, as long as it has 50,000 on November 30th. And then after 200 more words, I changed from Taro third to Taro first.
