EDIT 1/19/14 She is found!!
Half the internet (I wish) and every tattoo artist on 4th Avenue has pictures of Hope but I realized this morning that the police do not. The first officer to respond did not ask for one. When I realized this and called to find out how to GET pictures to them, I was told “well, ma’am, they HAVE her description!” Then I was distracted by a false lead and forgot to follow up.
Let’s play a guessing game. How many 5 foot 6 average build females who look 13-18 live in this city?
I have just called the police to correct this. I went down to the substation, willing to do the work of bringing everything TO them, but guess what?
THEY’RE NOT OPEN ON THE WEEKENDS.
I have now raised hell, and a sergeant will be here soon. Here are the pictures I’m giving them. One hopes this gets us somewhere.

I’m in a Nevada city tucked up in the little corner right by California, and if she gets that far, it’s not unlikely that she’d pass through my city. Will keep an eye out and ask others to do the same. Good luck finding her!
