In Other News, the Edit is Done

Yes, that one. That book I’ve been banging my head on for almost two months? Done. That was the loud squeeing noise you may have heard a few nights ago.

I won’t deny it’s been rough. Anyone who’s checked in here in the past month knows that. But…it’s really awesome now. I’m so utterly thrilled with this book. I wish epic fantasy/gay romance were more widely read, ’cause I want to share it with eeeeeeeeeeveryone.

Also I want to go on to the next book, even though I know I’m worn to the edge and in serious need of recharge time.

So. Reading. Reconnecting. Recharging. FANFIC WRITING, zomg, I have so many stories STILL unfinished and it’s been years

  1. I hope this doesn’t get caught in your spam filter or something, but I wanted to share these links with you:

…there ARE people out there who WANT epic fantasy/gay romance. And (unless I’m really skimming it wrong), there are other writers/readers out there in the same boat as you–and they’re fighting the good fight, too.

There is no way that your book(s) won’t make it. You’re too stubborn awesome not to get it out there. 🙂 *LOVES UPON*

  2. Oh, I know there are people out there who want it. I just want everyone to want it, ’cause this story is awesome!

I have no doubt I will get Hiro out there. I could possibly sell it now–if I could outline the third book. Which I can’t. ‘Cause I don’t know how the hell I’m going to write it. ‘Cause while “Hiro and Eshan attempt to rebalance their relationship while saving the world” is a great-sounding summary, it’s also really vague and not much help at all with plotting.
